Our fees vary and depend on the complexity of individual matters. We normally charge fixed fees. We strongly advise our clients to contact us and get a quote.

Immigration Fees

Applications to the Home Office

Leave to Remain Applications and Entry Visa Applications under Point-Based categories – £600-£1500

Spouse Visa Applications and other Family Reunion Applications (entry visa, in-country extensions and settlements) -£500-£1500

Other Visa Categories- £500-£2500

British Nationality Applications- £400-£1000

(the above fees exclude VAT and disbursements such as home office fees, IHS fees, etc.)

Conveyancing Fees

Residential Conveyancing -£800-£2000

Commercial Conveyancing- £900-£2500

Re-mortgage – £450-£1000

Commercial Leases- £900-£2500

(Those fees are excluding VAT and disbursements such as HM Land Registry fees, Stamp Duty Land Tax, Search Fee, etc.)

TIME FRAMES

Immigration Applications

The normal turnaround times for decisions made by the Home Office are 8 weeks to 24 weeks.

Immigration Appeals

Variable time limits apply. Please get in touch with us.

Conveyancing

A normal residential transaction may take 5-12 weeks. This can be shortened if a simple transaction or extended if there are unusual circumstances involved, such as the involvement of related transactions and other complexities. We update our clients on progress in a timely manner.

Commercial transactions may take 3 weeks to 12 weeks, depending on the circumstances of the transaction.
